What each plan includes
Three plans, what separates them, and what the Free one is honestly for.
Free
Up to 15 bookings a month. A real storefront, fully customised, live forever. Manual status updates, and a count of your bookings.
Straight about what it is: a storefront and a diary. It does not include delay alerts in any form, which is the thing Callout is actually for. Every alert costs us a message, so it sits behind a plan. Free is for getting your page live and seeing whether clients use it.
Run it, £29 a month
Unlimited bookings. Automatic delay alerts, which is the main event. Deposits. Quote only and From pricing. The Callout badge comes off your page. Business insights: what you earned, by service, your busiest days, your repeat rate. Customer segments, what each client is worth, and reminders you set yourself.
£290 if you pay for the year, which works out at about £24 a month.
Grow it, £99 a month
Everything above, plus where your bookings actually come from, anonymous comparison against similar traders, reminders that raise themselves when a service is due, top client flagging, and a team with their own hours and their own jobs.
£948 for the year, which is £79 a month.
Changing
Settings, Your plan. Upgrades are immediate. If you go back to Free, the Callout badge returns to your page and the paid features stop, but nothing is deleted: your clients, jobs and history stay exactly as they are.
If a payment fails you get 10 days of everything still working while you sort the card out, and a warning in the app rather than a silent switch off.
The one thing to weigh
If you run jobs back to back and being late has consequences, the delay alerts are the reason to pay, and they are not on Free. If you mostly want a page to send people to, Free does that properly and forever.
